Shipping Policy

Domestic (UAE) Shipping

  • We ship to all addresses within the UAE.

  • Orders are processed typically within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends or public holidays.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

  • Shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or failed attempts, additional redelivery charges may apply.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship outside the UAE.

Future International Shipping

  • All import duties, customs, taxes, or other fees (if applicable) in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Transit times will depend on the courier and country, and any delays on the customs side are outside our control.

  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed for international orders once the package is opened (see above).

Damaged / Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with clear photos of the damage or discrepancy.

  • If the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange for replacement or refund (at our discretion), and we may arrange for the return at our cost.
