Domestic (UAE) Shipping

We ship to all addresses within the UAE.

Orders are processed typically within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or failed attempts, additional redelivery charges may apply.
International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the UAE.
Future International Shipping

All import duties, customs, taxes, or other fees (if applicable) in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Transit times will depend on the courier and country, and any delays on the customs side are outside our control.

No refunds or exchanges are allowed for international orders once the package is opened (see above).
Damaged / Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with clear photos of the damage or discrepancy.

If the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange for replacement or refund (at our discretion), and we may arrange for the return at our cost.
